Kevin Lefohn

Hailed as a "barnstorming violin exponent" (Flying Inkpot, Singapore), violinist Kevin A. Lefohn maintains an international career as recital soloist, chamber musician, conductor, and educator. His frequent chamber music collaborations and numerous recital performances have earned international acclaim, with performances, workshops, and masterclasses presented throughout Australia, Europe, Japan, New Zealand, the United States, and South East Asia. He is a National Recording Artist for Radio New Zealand Concert and has frequently performed on Thursdays at Three, All Classical Radio’s live performance show.

Lefohn currently holds a faculty teaching position at Pacific University, is Artist in Residence at the Cremona International Music Academy and Festival in Cremona, Italy and Vancouver Island International Music Academy, in British Columbia, Canada.

Derek Chiu

Steinway artist Derek Zhi Guang Chiu is a highly acclaimed Canadian pianist and music educator who has gained international recognition for his work. He is renowned for his versatility as a performer, music educator, clinician, adjudicator, and consultant.

As a performer, Chiu has presented solo and chamber music recitals in Canada, England, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the United States. His orchestral engagements have encompassed performances with the Windsor Community Orchestra, Briercrest College Orchestra, Rockland Symphony Orchestras, The Rocky Mountain Symphony Orchestra, and the Simon Fraser University Concert Orchestra. He has collaborated onstage with esteemed artists such as Saul Bitran, Roberto Cani, Alexander Kaganovsky, Istvan Loga, David Lakirovich, John Lowry, Laszlo Mezo, Sean Wang, and Dara Lynn Zusko.
