If you wish to report a concern regarding animal care and use at Pacific University, please email the IACUC at IACUC@contact.pacificu.edu or attendingveterinarian@contact.pacificu.edu, or complete the anonymous form.
All communication with the IACUC is confidential. In the event that a concern requires investigation, the Research Integrity Officer may contact you for a statement.
