The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee | Music Department
The Pacific University Music Department presents William Finn’s Tony-award winning comedy The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee in McCready Hall. Performances hit the stage the weekend of March 10-12.
Join this eclectic group of tweens as they vie for the spelling championship of a lifetime. While candidly disclosing hilarious and touching stories from their lives, the A-D-O-L-E-S-C-E-N-T-S spell their way through a series of (sometimes questionable) words, hoping never to hear the soul-crushing "ding" of the bell that signals a spelling mistake. At least the losers get a juice box. You won’t want to miss the opportunity to spell with this amazing cast.
