Pacific University is growing.
Several capital projects are helping to transform the living and learning experience for students on our campuses.
In the summer of 2014, the Forest Grove Campus saw significant construction, including the building of a brand new residence hall, Cascade; a refresh of the University Center, and the addition of a roof on the grandstands at Hanson Stadium.
In the meantime, Creighton Hall, the original building on the Hillsboro Campus, was remodeled to support growth in the School of Physical Therapy and School of Physician Assistant Studies and to enhance the popular pharmacy program.
In 2015, work on the Forest Grove Campus continues, with the Sciences & Student Programs Planning Project. Designed to improve facilities for the natural sciences and centralize student services in the heart of the Forest Grove Campus, the project begins in Summer 2015 with renovations in Price Hall and the Douglas Strain Science Center, adding offices, classrooms and lab spaces. Scott Hall also will get new classroom and study space, as well as a new passenger elevator and second floor restrooms. Also in 2015, work is scheduled to begin on University Avenue.
