Online Services

In addition to the following online services available to the entire Pacific community, there are also faculty & staff only online tools.

Box - Secure online file storage and sharing.  See the Box knowledgebase article for more.

BoxerOnline - Students: Manage your academic program, records, schedules and financial accounts. Faculty: Enter grades and check class rosters. Staff: Enter direct deposit information. Budget Officers: View budgets, encumbrances, actual amounts, vouchers and purchase orders.

Boxer Alerts - Receive alerts about emergencies or unplanned campus closures. 

Boxer Mail - Student email system. Note: Employees can access this for their email after 7/30/21.

Calendar - Information about university events. You can find more information about how to add events to the calendar here

Cerberus Helpdesk - Browse or search the Knowledgebase, submit help tickets or check on the status of help tickets.

Compliance Training - Access to compliance training for students, faculty and staff in healthcare-related programs, including BlueVolt training.

Deposit Online - Admitted students can deposit online if you have already established your PUnet account.  If you have questions about establishing your PUnet account, please contact help@pacificu.edu.

E*Value - Healthcare education management system used by students, faculty and staff of clinical education programs.

IOTA 360 - Course evaluations.

Mobile Print - Email documents to pharosbw@pacificu.edu or pharoscolor@pacificu.edu for Pharos printing from mobile devices.

Moodle - Learning management system for Pacific University.

myAccount - Manage your PUNet account and your personal information (including addresses).

Pacific uStores - An online marketplace for use by Pacific departments.

Paycom - All-in-one HR and payroll system.

Pay Student Account - View and pay your financial accounts using pay student account. Students can also grant guest access to their accounts to parents and others.

Qualtrics - Create and distribute surveys.

Room Scheduling - Campus community classroom, meeting and events EMS room scheduling tool to make room reservations and more.  

SecureMail Quarantine - Log in here to see the contents of your spam quarantine.

Self Service - Students can go here to manage their Financial Aid and apply for Graduation. Links to the Self Service Financial Aid and Graduation applications are also available in BoxerOnline.

Wordpress Community - Maintained by CETCI for easy creation of websites and ePortfolios.

Zoom - Online video meetings.

Faculty & Staff Only Online Services

Adoption & Insights Portal - A web-based platform built exclusively for faculty and department administrators that enables them to research and adopt course materials in one place.

BoxerApps - Pacific-branded Google applications, including sites, docs, calendar, contacts, chat, YouTube and blogger.

Colleague UI (please use Chrome!) - For more information, see UI 5 Introduction & Resources.

DocuSign - An electronic signature and online form system.

WebMail - This no longer gives access to active employee mailboxes.  Employees should go to Boxer Mail instead.  WebMail will be kept available for a short period for employees to view their archived pre-conversion mailboxes.
