Online Services

In addition to the following online services available to the entire Pacific community, there are also faculty & staff only online tools.

AccommodateStudents can request course or housing accommodations on the basis of a disability. Faculty can view accommodation requests. Students and faculty can coordinate additional services.

Billing/Payment Portal - View and pay your financial accounts, grant guest access to parents or others. Existing authorized users can sign in here.

Box - Secure online file storage and sharing.  See the Box knowledgebase article for more.

BoxerOnline Self Service - Students: future course plans, class registration, student account payments, financial aid, graduation applications.  Faculty: grade entry, class rosters.  Advisors: advisee planned programs.  Employees: direct deposits via AP.  Budget officers: budgets, encumbrances, actuals, vouchers, POs.  Non-logged-in users: access class listings via this link

Boxer Alerts - Receive alerts about emergencies or unplanned campus closures. 

Boxer Mail - Student and employee email system hosted through Gmail.

Calendar - Information about university events. You can find more information about how to add events to the calendar here

Compliance Training - Access to compliance training for students, faculty and staff in healthcare-related programs, powered by Relias.

CORE-ELMS - Experiential management for some health professions programs. 

Deposit Online - Admitted students can deposit online if you have already established your PUnet account.  If you have questions about establishing your PUnet account, please contact help@pacificu.edu.

EMS Room Scheduling - Campus community classroom, meeting and events EMS room scheduling tool to make room reservations and more.  

eRezLife - Student housing and meal plans.

IOTA 360 - Course evaluations.

Mobile Print - Email documents to pharosbw@pacificu.edu or pharoscolor@pacificu.edu for Pharos printing from mobile devices.

Moodle - Maintained by CETCI for as the learning management system for Pacific University.

myAccount - Manage your PUNet account and your personal information (including addresses).

MyBoxer -  A customizable dashboard for students and employees to navigate all things Pacific. 

Pacific uStores - An online marketplace for use by Pacific departments.

Paycom - All-in-one HR and payroll system.

Qualtrics - Create and distribute surveys.

Self Service - Self Service has now been renamed BoxerOnline Self Service.  Please see the link above.

Services Portal - Request help, view and manage your help requests and read knowledgebase articles from multiple departments. 

Wordpress Community - Maintained by CETCI for easy creation of websites and ePortfolios.

Vector LMS for Students - Online sexual misconduct training. This login page is for students only. See below for employee login.

Zoom - Online video meetings.

Faculty & Staff Only Online Services

Adoption & Insights Portal - A web-based platform built exclusively for faculty and department administrators that enables them to research and adopt course materials in one place.

BoxerApps - Pacific-branded Google applications, including sites, docs, calendar, contacts, chat, YouTube and blogger.  (Gmail and Google Calendar Tips for Employees)

Colleague UI (VPN required for off-campus access. Please use Chrome!) - Colleague is the central enterprise resource planning (ERP) system for Pacific University.

Curriculog - Course and curriculum change requests for faculty.

DocuSign - Electronic signatures.  Note: Box Sign can also be used for electronic signatures starting 5/31/23.
