- Tuesdays, 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. for minor interruptions
- Sundays, 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. for major interruptions

What is an Outage Window?
Servers and network systems require occasional planned outages for repairs and upgrades. Whenever possible, UIS will schedule these planned outages during our defined outage window. An outage window is defined in advance so that event schedulers know to avoid scheduling events during these times. All planned outages will be announced, with as much advance notice as possible, via the Recent and Upcoming Changes report, via emails to appropriate user lists, and (when outages affect wide populations) via mass broadcast emails.
