Jennifer Labovich (she/her) is a career educator and student support leader with extensive experience in higher education, specializing in student success, accessibility services, and holistic support. A proud Pacific University alum, Jen partners across campus to develop and coordinate systems that address students’ academic, personal, and basic needs. Known for her thoughtful and responsive leadership style, Jennifer combines deep listening with practical strategies to support both individual students and broader student support efforts. Outside of work, Jen enjoys spending time outdoors, practicing yoga, tending to her many plants, exploring new places, and connecting with friends and community.
