Research Interests

Dr. Beauchamp's research interests broadly focus on improving the conceptualization, assessment, and treatment of eating disorders, advancing precision medicine for eating disorders, and targeting the interaction of health behaviors related to eating, sleep, and circadian rhythm. He is also interested in body image/body dissatisfaction, pediatric weight management/bariatric surgery outcomes, and training in consultation-liaison psychology. Lastly, he collaborates with other investigators (colleagues and students) to apply advanced/novel quantitative methodology to clinically meaningful questions.
