Rosa María is the Resource & Office Coordinator for Pacific University's Opportunity Hub and a Pacific alumna with a Master of Nonprofit Leadership. Before joining the Hub, she worked in education and nonprofit leadership, including serving as a director for school-aged students and families in the Migrant Education Program.

A bilingual Chicana, Rosa María cares about making it easier for people to find their way into spaces, opportunities, and conversations that can sometimes feel hard to navigate. She brings that perspective to the everyday work of welcoming people, connecting them with resources, and keeping the Hub moving.

Outside Pacific, Rosa María is an artist and maker behind Crafty Cositas. She creates jewelry, art, and bilingual experiences inspired by her Chicana culture and community with a healthy sprinkle of chignonidad.
