Areas I Teach
Vanessa Zinke is a licensed clinical social worker, psychotherapist, and mental health consultant with clinical experience spanning across hospital, academic, and nonprofit settings. She is the co-founder of the New York City based practice Reaching Resilience Therapy and specializes in supporting adolescents and young adults through life transitions.
Vanessa has held roles at New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center, New York University, and Columbia University. She has consulted with several global non-profits with the goal of aiding organizations in their expansion of evidence-based support programming and delivery of trauma informed practices. In addition to psychotherapy and mental health consulting, she is passionate about supporting and mentoring emerging social workers.
She earned her BSW from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and her MSW degree from Columbia University.
