Tickets are required for August 2023 Commencement. Tickets are free, but required, for all guests at August Commencement.

All guest seating is first-come, first-served for ticketed guests. Graduating students and participating faculty members will be seated in designated areas. Seating Information

Commencement is outdoors, rain or shine. Check the weather at the Forest Grove Campus. Weather Information

Pacific University is smoke-free. Smoking and vaping of any kind is prohibited on all campus property, including parking lots.

Pets are not allowed. Service animals are always welcome. 

Campus shuttles, accessible seating, and a captioned live stream of the ceremonies are available for guests. Please see accessibility information for additional details. Accessibility Information

Campus Public Safety and a paramedic are on-site through Commencement. If you need immediate assistance, call 911 and/or hail and usher. If you have other safety concerns, call Campus Public Safety at 503-352-2230.
