College of Optometry Clinics Serve Students

Pacific University students can receive free comprehensive vision exams at Pacific EyeClinics and can also receive more extensive and in-depth eye care procedures at heavily discounted prices.

The Pacific University College of Optometry, founded in 1945, is dedicated to the service of students, faculty, staff and community members, offering affordable care and helping to prepare generations worth of new doctors.

Today, the college operates five clinics in Oregon, with locations in Forest Grove, Cornelius, Hillsboro, Beaverton and Portland, along with a low-vision clinic at the Washington School for the Blind in Vancouver.

Third- and fourth-year students in the optometry program get hands-on experience at these clinics, work with licensed optometrists to serve patients.

In addition to the vision exams, Pacific students also can shop for glasses in the EyeTrends locations at each clinic.

Student can set up eye care appointments, or inquire more about the student discounts and deals, at any of the eye care clinics.
