Cope With Stress Via Mindfulness
If you're feeling overwhelmed or stressed, consider meeting at the Student Counseling Center in Hillsboro for a mindfulness series called Mindful Coping.
The group will meet each Monday from noon to 1 p.m. for three weeks, Aug. 5, 12 and 19, to practice mindfulness skills. This will help us develop insights about our responses to stress and improve our flexibility.
