Rik Lemoncello Named Full Professor

Rik Lemoncello has been promoted to full professor in the Pacific University School of Communication Sciences & Disorders

Lemoncello completed his bachelor’s degree in linguistics at the University of Rochester, his master’s degree in speech-language pathology at Emerson College, and his PhD in speech-language pathology at the University of Oregon. 

He has been a faculty member within the Pacific University School of Communication Sciences and Disorders since 2012. His research focuses on assistive technologies, external aids, and environmental supports that facilitate meaningful activity for adults with acquired brain injury. 

Lemoncello teaches a variety of courses at the undergraduate and graduate level, including acquired brain injury, dysphagia, and neuroanatomy and neurophysiology for speech and swallowing.
