Upcoming Address Audit | Faculty and Staff

Faculty and staff are encouraged to review and confirm their home address in Paycom and Colleague. An employee address audit will take place starting the week of April 12. All those with address discrepancies will be contacted for clarification.

To review and update your address in Paycom:

  1. Log in to Employee Self-Service
  2. Navigate to the Information Section
  3. Select Address and Contact Information
  4. Review your home address and update if needed

To review and update your address in Colleague:

  1. Log in to myAccount
  2. Click your PUNet ID in the upper left hand side of the page
  3. From the list on the left, select Postal Addresses
  4. Review your address and update if needed

Those with address discrepancies will receive an email from Amy Brown. If you receive an email, please help update inaccurate information quickly and respond in a timely manner.
