Pacific Dining Services reopens this week under the management of Bon Appétit. With the new management, comes a new look and feel for dining areas and new food and menus.
No later than June 23, 2019, Bon Appétit will begin offering delicious, nutritious, and responsibly sourced meals at the Pacific University campuses in Forest Grove and Hillsboro. Bon Appétit will also manage the Starbucks on the Forest Grove Campus.
The University Center will operate on reduced hours over the 2018 winter break.
The outage is affecting the dishwashing system, so paper plates and other disposable dinnerware are being used until power is restored.
Aramark and Starbucks at Pacific are working closely with the university’s Center for a Sustainable Society to reduce waste, increase composting, and provide students with the opportunities they have asked for to improve sustainability on campus.
Aramark would like to take the opportunity to share some leadership updates.
