Lindsey Blem ’07 has received the Pacific University Splendid Audacity Award.
It’s spring break for undergraduate students on the Forest Grove Campus from March 21 to 25. Many, but not all students on the Hillsboro Campus in the College of Health Professions are also taking a break. Pacific University offices will remain open.
Chenin Chappell joins the Bon Appétit team as the new catering manager.
Bon Appétit and Student Affairs have partnered together to provide a delicious Thanksgiving meal for any student that needs one. These Thanksgiving meals are also available for purchase to staff and faculty members.
Pacific is working with the city of Forest Grove to conserve water. Beginning Monday, June 20, the university is shutting down the irrigation system on the Forest Grove Campus and will not be watering the lawn or plants for approximately one week. Water will still be available to students on campus in summer housing.
Student Affairs is excited to announce Jonathon Hyde, EdD as its new Dean of Students. Dr. Hyde brings twenty years of progressively responsible student affairs experience at a variety of universities, including private, public, land-grant, Ivy League and flagship institutions.
The housing lottery for the 2021-2022 academic year begins March 12 and students may apply online through April 1. The lottery gives returning students first selection of rooms and roommates.
Need a quick meal on the go? Whether you have a meal plan or not, students, faculty and staff will now have more time to grab a quick meal, snack or beverage. Dining hours of operation are expanding on the Forest Grove Campus for Spring Semester.
Students at Pacific can draw upon a rich network of support for issues ranging from sexual harassment to a dead car battery.
