Facilities Management Work Requests

Due to summer construction projects, remodels, & annual Residence Hall work, the Facilities Department will NOT be accepting NEW Work Orders from May 13th through August 20th, unless it is an emergency.

If you have something that is an emergency, please contact Facilities Management at Ext. 2213.

We will open up the Work Order submittals again Monday, August 12th.

Facilities Management

Facilities Engineering staff is on campus Monday-Fridays, from 7am-3:30pm. This service helps us to promptly attend to your issues and concerns. Please sign up and complete this request form. If you have any questions, please call 503-352-2213. For EMERGENCIES, please call CPS at 503-352-2230 (FG Campus) 503-352-7207 (HPC Campus).
**If your department has a SPECIAL REQUEST, please include the department budget GL# you would like us to chargeback in your work order description. Special requests include anything that is above and beyond normal General Maintenance items (general maintenance examples: Issues with Plumbing, Electrical, Keys, HVAC, etc.)

Work Requests

Your Requester role now requires an individual password to Log In to SchoolDude.com.  The individual password is in ADDITION to the submittal password (fixit) used to submit Work Requests.  If you are an Established User, you created this password when you originally registered.  If you are a New User, this password will be set up when you register.  Please follow instructions below or on the SchoolDude Log In page on right side under "*New Enhancement*".

Work Request Instructions

Before submitting Work Requests, please read and carefully follow the Work Request Instructions (pdf). Then, use the "Submit a Work Request" link below.

  • Your FULL Pacific University email address must be entered when Logging In
  • You will be asked to provide an account number, which is 272295000
  • The submittal password is "fixit"
  • REMINDER: Budget Numbers are REQUIRED for any Special Requests.



Register to Submit Work Requests

New User

  1. Go to www.myschoolbuilding.com.
  2. Click the down arrow by "Never Submitted a Request? Register Here!"
  3. Fill in your information and click "Register".


Need to Reset your Password?

Established User

  1. Go to www.myschoolbuilding.com
  2. Click "Forgot Password?"
  3. The system will then send you an email to RESET your password.
  4. After you have reset your password, you can go back to the Home Page and Sign In as normal (with your new password).
  5. Check out School Dude's Security Updates Page.

If that was unsuccessful, try clearing cookies and cache in your web browser.

  1. Click Ctrl+Shift+Delete
  2. Choose clear cookies and cache data back as far as possible.
