Alumni and students order and pay for transcripts online, upload attachments to be sent with their transcripts, electronically track their orders, and know when their transcripts have been sent.

Unofficial Transcripts

Unofficial transcripts are available to current students only and are obtained in-person from the Registrar's Office free of charge. Unofficial transcripts show graded coursework only, are printed on regular white paper and are stamped "unofficial."  Students also can view their academic history through BoxerOnline, but this viewable version contains no identifying information.

Official Transcripts

Pacific University partners with SCRIP-SAFE® International, a global leader in the secure production and delivery of both paper and electronic academic transcripts, using their Transcripts on Demand ordering system. Alumni and students now order and pay for transcripts online, can upload attachments to be sent with their transcripts, electronically track their orders, and know when their transcripts have been sent. In addition, transcripts can be produced as secure PDF documents, which speeds up turn-around time and eliminates paper from the process.

At Pacific, official transcripts show graded courses and include the university seal and signature of the University Registrar. Printed official transcripts are on red security paper; an electronic transcript is considered official only when the designated recipient receives it in Scrip-Safe's secure network after notification from Scrip-Safe.

Formatting Options: Transcripts of students in attendance at the university prior to 1993 are archived in a secure location and available for paper delivery only. Other students can select electronic or paper transcripts.

Processing and Delivery Options: Transcript orders are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving a completed request. Rush processing (within 1-2 business days) can be requested for an additional charge. Electronic transcripts are delivered within one business day of the order being processed by Pacific. Printed transcripts have a number of delivery options, for an additional charge.

How to Order through BoxerOnline

  • Login to BoxerOnline  (Internet Explorer and Firefox seem to work best; do not use Google Chrome)
  • Click on Transcript Request
  • Click on Place a Transcript Order. An account is created for you automatically
  • You now are in the ordering system; make your selections and place your order
  • After your order has been processed by Pacific University, you will receive an email confirming that your transcript has been sent

How to Order without an active BoxerOnline account

Without a BoxerOnline account you must first set up an account with Transcripts on Demand by following the instructions on their website.  After the account is created you will log into it for subsequent orders.  You must continue to use the email address that you initially used; logging in with another email address is considered setting up a new account and you will have to submit another signed Consent Form. You also cannot track past orders from other email addresses you’ve used.

  • Go to   (Internet Explorer and Firefox seem to work best, do not use Google Chrome)
  • Create an account as requested
  • Proceed with your order
  • Download and print the Consent Form
  • Sign and return the Consent Form to SCRIP-SAFE by fax, mail or image upload
    • Federal law requires your signature in order to release your academic records, so orders cannot be processed until the signed Consent Form has been received by SCRIP-SAFE
    • Consent Forms are processed by SCRIP-SAFE within four hours of submission (between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday-Friday). You will receive an email indicating your Consent Form has been received, and your order will be forwarded to Pacific for processing.
    • Your signed Consent Form will remain on file with SCRIP-SAFE for future Pacific University transcript requests through Transcripts on Demand
    • If you do not return the signed Consent Form within 14 days, this order will be canceled
  • After your order has been processed by Pacific University, you will receive an email confirming that your transcript has been sent

Tracking Orders

Emails are sent to you:

  • When your order has been received
  • When your order has been processed
  • If your order cannot be processed because of a financial or other hold (but you will not receive this email if you requested that your order be held until grades or degrees are posted)

Log in to BoxerOnline:

  • Click on Transcript Request Status
  • Check the status of all transcript requests

Log into Transcripts on Demand:

  • Go to
  • Log in using the email address that you used to place your previous order(s)
  • Click on the tab at the top, Review Past Orders
  • Click on the magnifying glass to get more information about your order


  • Fee per transcript (within 3-5 business days): $2
  • Online processing fee per address: $3
  • Electronic transcript delivery fee: Free
  • Total cost for electronic delivery with normal processing: $5
  • Paper transcripts, rush processing, and expedited delivery can be ordered for additional cost
    • Additional fee for optional rush processing (within 1-2 business days): $12
    • Additional fee for paper transcripts: $2

How to Cancel Transcript Orders

You may cancel orders that have not been processed. To cancel, email from your Pacific email account or fax a request to 503-352-2950. Be sure to include your name and recipient's name and address. If you failed to upload documents that must be sent out with your transcript and your order has not been processed, you may cancel the order and place a new request.
