Presenting the results of your research and creative activities, either in an oral or poster format, is a crucial step in your scholarly work. This kind of activity helps strengthen your resume by demonstrating that you have important communication skills and experience. Below is a list of both on and off-campus venues that provide opportunities for undergraduates to present their work.
- Pacific Undergraduate Research Conference - annual event in the Fall semester, open to Pacific undergraduates in the natural and social sciences
- National Conferences on Undergraduate Research (NCUR) - annual event in the Spring semester, open to undergraduates in all arts & sciences disciplines
- Posters on the Hill - annual event in Washington, DC in the Spring semester, open to undergraduates in all arts & sciences disciplines
- Oregon Academy of Sciences Meeting - annual event in the Spring semester, open to undergraduates in natural sciences, social sciences, and history/philosophy of science
