The Oregon Department of Revenue (DOR) announced that it had paused implementation of the payroll tax increase contained in the HB 3991, the transportation funding package adopted during this year’s special legislative session. The tax was scheduled to double effective Jan. 1, 2026.
Year-end tax forms are now available in your Paycom Employee Self Service profile. A list of Box 14 reported items appears below with a brief description.

We have tons of clothing and we need you to support sustainability by picking some up! The Free Store itself is still closed and preparing to re-open on January 26th. During this time, you can also support our work by dropping off donations. While we particularly need masculine clothing, rain gear, clear storage boxes, cute knick knacks, and clip hangers, our dedicated student team are eager to sort and find a home for everything you are ready to get rid of!
