Pacific's Staff Senate is sponsoring a hot breakfast at the All-Staff Meeting on Wed, August 6. Join your colleagues and arrive any time after 8:30 a.m. for breakfast. The meeting starts at 9 a.m. and ends at 10:30 a.m. The meeting will be held in person on the Hillsboro and Forest Grove campuses and on Zoom. Registration for breakfast is required.

Updates have been made to both the Mandatory Reporter Policy and the Amorous Relationships Policy. We encourage everyone to review these revised policies.

HR launched the staff employee 24-25 performance review process using Paycom. This year, HR updated the individual contributor and manager/supervisor performance review forms and is using a Paycom checklist to deliver and complete the performance review tasks. The form resembles past years; however, additional text boxes have been added for employees and supervisors to provide brief examples and comments on when performance falls below or exceeds a ranking of 3, which meets expectations (this step is required). The 24-25 Performance Review should be completed and will serve as a substitute for the 90-day review for employees still within their 90-day probationary period through July 31. HR has new updates to share below to help with completing the performance reviews.

Please note that traffic and parking on and around the Forest Grove campus leading up to the annual Rotary Concours d'Elegance on Sunday, July 20 will be impacted as the Rotary Club of Forest Grove sets up and all of the spectacular cars start arriving.

We are excited to share that Angeleca Sackett came to Pacific in early May as our Catering Manager but after a search as far as the Rocky Mountain region has been hired as our Dining General Manager.
