Speaking with BIPOC staff in a confidential space can not only aid students to access support, gain perspectives, explore resources and options, and discuss how therapy might be beneficial, but also helps students to navigate higher education settings, provide mentorship support and build community connection. Please note that BIPOC Let’s Talk is not a substitute for counseling and does not constitute mental health treatment.
