Are you struggling to get homework done?  Focus on tasks?  

Explore how to boost your engagement and learning through a dive into executive functioning skills.  Review strategies to help address procrastination, boost time management, build focus, give your memory some help, and develop more effective decision-making.  Executive functioning skills are the foundation of effective and engaged learning, come learn how to nurture these skills!

This workshop is being offered via Zoom and will run 60 minutes, 4-5PM on Thursday, February 13th.
