Employee Town Hall - Hillsboro
Pacific will host two employee forums to provide an update on our work to explore uniting with Willamette University. Steve Thorsett, president of Willamette, will join the conversations to share more about Willamette’s mission, community, and academic programs.
Join the conversation in person or via Zoom on Jan. 29. Sessions will be held at:
- Noon on the Hillsboro Campus, ITF 132 (register to attend via Zoom)
- 3 p.m. on the Forest Grove Campus, McGill Auditorium (register to attend via Zoom)
As announced in December, Pacific and Willamette are exploring a merger that would create the largest private university in the Northwest, expanding opportunities for our students and communities while uplifting both of our historic institutions.
Our universities are currently in the midst of the due diligence process, and these employee forums will focus on the shared vision behind the potential merger and getting to know our potential partner institution.
