The Pacific University Music Department presents its Fall 2021 Jazz Nite at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 13.

The program features tunes by some of the most famous composers in jazz, including Gordon Goodwin, Cole Porter, Duke Ellington, Don Menza and Gerry Mulligan. Music therapy major and vocalist Christy Juenemann makes her Jazz Band debut with Don't Get Around Much Anymore, Natural Woman, I'm Beginning to See the Light, and more.

The live performance will take place in McCready Hall in the Taylor-Meade Performing Arts Center with a limited audience and will also be live-streamed on YouTube.

Up to free 100 tickets will be available for Pacific University students, faculty and staff. Ticket information coming soon. 

The Pacific University Jazz Band is an auditioned ensemble comprised of Pacific University students from any academic discipline.

All guests are expected to follow current university COVID-19 protocols.
