Mindful Moments provides a short, guided meditation, intended to offer space for centering, grounding and connecting within. This virtual series focuses on embodiment, connecting to the breath and tapping into the body's innate wisdom and inner resources. This series is a great fit for both beginners and those with regular meditation practices.
Suzy Kropf earned her BA in Family and Human Services from the University of Oregon College of Education in 2015. She is also a certified yoga instructor, with a passion for supporting people in their wellness and self-care practices. As the program coordinator, she supports the Master of Social Work program in the Eugene Campus.
