Old College Hall Open House - Sept. 2026
Take a break from perusing the vendors on College Way and snacking on roasted corn to experience one of the oldest educational buildings this side of the Mississippi River. The second floor hosts a museum dedicated to the history of Pacific University and the Forest Grove region.
Celebrate the 177th anniversary of the founding of Pacific University by taking a tour led by one of our volunteers from the Friends of Historic Forest Grove.
When the Annual Forest Grove Corn Roast was established in 1964, Old College Hall had just been recently relocated for a second time. It then underwent restoration work in the 1970s before being added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974 and finally being moved to its current resting place in 2003.
No registration is required for this open house.
Pacific University would like to thank the dedicated docents from the Friends of Historic Forest Grove for donating their time, energy, and knowledge to guiding tours at Old College Hall every month.
