Pacific Votes: Campus Briefing & Readiness Check (1 month out)

All interested faculty, staff, and students are invited to join the McCall Center for Civic Engagement and the Pacific Votes team for a 45-minute drop-in briefing on campus election readiness. 

These short sessions will keep campus partners updated on our voter engagement work, help coordinate key logistics, and ensure we're fully prepared to support our campus community through the Nov 3 midterm election.

Discussion Topics:

• Operational Updates: Status updates on campus outreach, key deadlines, and progress on voter engagement goals.
• Needs/Concerns: Open floor to discuss operational bottlenecks, student support strategies, and campus climate considerations.
• Campus Partner Asks & Action Items: Specific ways departments, faculty, and student groups can collaborate and support ongoing initiatives.

We will hold two briefing sessions - one on Monday, October 5 (1 month out from election day) and one on Monday, October 19 (2 weeks out from election day).
