The official Picnic at Pittock has been canceled, but alumni, students and friends are encouraged to gather for their own picnics on the mansion grounds.

All members, friends and supporters of the Pacific University Black Student Union are welcome to gather for a picnic on the lawn at Pittock Mansion.

Guests are encouraged to pack a lunch and a blanket and gather on the lawn at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 29.

During lunch, guests will have the chance to make new friends and reconnect and reminisce with others.

Following lunch, guests are encouraged to explore the grounds or purchase admission to the mansion. Free admission is available with the Washington County Cooperative Library Services Adventure Pass.

This event is free but advance registration is required for planning purposes.

Consistent with federal and state law, Pacific acknowledges that while groups are intended to create space and focus on the needs of certain communities, all Pacific community members who are supportive of creating an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity are welcome to attend any affinity group meeting or event.

The Pacific University Alumni Association supports all alumni. Please direct questions and requests for assistance to alumni@pacificu.edu or 503-252-2057.
