Queer Let's Craft: Worry Stones and Externalization

Description

Queer Let's Talk is becoming Queer Let's Craft!  This monthly drop-in space provides LGBTQIA+ graduate and professional students to share affinity space with each other while making crafts and exploring various mental health topics.

This month you'll make your own worry stone out of clay and learn about externalization as a strategy to improve emotional recognition and regulation.

No registration is required. Join us from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 19, in HPC2-160.

Questions? Email the Student Counseling Center at counselingcenter@pacificu.edu.

And mark your calendar for February 16th, where Queer Let's Craft will feature origami and stress!
