Retirement Celebration for Jim Moore

All members of the Pacific University community are invited to celebrate the retirement of Professor Jim Moore on April 28 from 4 to 6 p.m., with toasts happening at 5 p.m. Those that can't attend are welcomed to send cards and messages.

Jim Moore will retire from Pacific in May 2025 following a 22-year career in Forest Grove and 35 years in higher education.

For over 30 years, Jim Moore has been the voice that newspapers and broadcast outlets have turned to with political questions, from Portland’s mayoral race to numerous gubernatorial elections to nine presidential elections.
