All employees are invited to participate in this guided question and discussion activity to share their input for Pacific’s strategic planning process. Sessions will be held at the Hillsboro Campus on May 9, Forest Grove Campus on May 10, and virtually on May 11. A survey will follow for all employees.
This is the core opportunity for employees to participate in the discovery phase of the strategic planning process. Save the date and plan to participate!

- May 11, 9 to 11 a.m., virtual session via Zoom (register)
What to Expect
In a World Café setting, tables are set up for guided discussion on particular topics. Each table will have a host and topic, and participants spend about 20 minutes in discussion at a table before moving on to another table.
The live World Café sessions are about two hours long, with an extra hour at the end for participants to wander and review discussions from tables they may have missed. The process works best if you can attend for the full two hours, but participants are welcome to arrive late or leave early as needed.
The virtual World Café will be hosted on Zoom with breakout rooms similar to the table discussions in the live sessions.
