USS Slice of Equity
Undergraduate Student Senate presents: Slice of Equity
Things are changing, what do YOU need?
Students, this is your chance to use your voice to speak up for what you need to feel belonging, address accessibility issues, or show solidarity for groups on campus. This will not be a problem-solving session, but it will be a listening session. This is an opportunity for your Undergraduate Student Senate to hear what challenges students are facing on campus.
This event will be facilitated by Dau Garcia Hernandez (VP of Campus Betterment), Khushi Kalia (VP of Equity & Inclusion), and Colleen Nakanishi (Assistant Director of Inclusion).
Please come for the whole time or stop by when you are able to.
Pizza will be served—come grab a slice while supplies last!
From the Undergraduate Student Senate Constitution:
The USS VP of Equity and Inclusion will work with the VP of Campus Betterment and Cultural Club Council to organize and hold an open forum once per semester on a topic of equity or inclusion and of current concern to the USS or Cultural Club Council.
All events are listed in Pacific time zone unless otherwise noted.
