The Human Resources Department hosts a new employee orientation every second Thursday of the month from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the Forest Grove Campus. Please note that locations will vary.
This event is a great way to learn about topics like benefits, emergency procedures, information systems, DEI and more! Morning snacks and refreshments are provided, followed by a walking/riding tour and a paid lunch at the end of the day.
Also, weekly on Tuesdays at 10 a.m. via Zoom, HR hosts a virtual orientation on the essentials of Paycom, the Human Resources information system, which includes a high-level payroll overview to ensure that your new hire documents are complete to receive your first paycheck. Learn valuable tips to help you navigate your role and answer any questions you may have.
