For the purposes of demonstrating and strengthening support of student success and mission fulfillment at Pacific, the university has developed an overarching mission fulfillment goal, which is pursued through two objectives.
Mission Fulfillment Goal: Pacific's educational programs and support systems will provide the excellent educational experience students need to be inspired to think, care, create and pursue justice in our world.
Mission Fulfillment Objectives:
- Academic Effectiveness: Academic programs support successful learning and student achievement.
- Student Support Effectiveness: Student support systems help students persist and succeed.
Pacific annually tracks its progress in meeting important benchmarks for these objectives to plan and implement improvements. An annual Mission Fulfillment report details progress to date.
