Special Olympics Polar Plunge into the Willamette River

Description

Plunge into the COLD water for a more active plus inclusive future with Special Olympics and Pacific University's Unified Sports.

Join us as for free transportation via a school bus from the Forest Grove High School to Willamette Park in southwest Portland, compete in the costume competition (hand-made Unified hoodies provided), and plunge into the chilly waters of the Willamette River, take pictures and return to Forest Grove High School!

The proceeds from our fundraising page will be split 50/50 between Special Olympics and the Pacific University Unified Sports Club. Unified Sports is where people with and without disabilities play on the same team, and members of the neurodiverse population can get more of the college experience while we all socialize and exercise. Please consider joining our team or making a contribution!
