AI Tools in Pacific Healthcare Clinics

This policy describes the uses and disclosures of AI tools when providing healthcare services. This policy establishes guidelines for safe, ethical and responsible use of AI tools, especially those used by clinicians. The scope of this policy is all workforce members of Pacific University’s healthcare component. Pacific University is a hybrid entity. Only the healthcare component (i.e., the covered functions) of Pacific University must comply with this policy. All references in this policy to “Pacific University” shall be construed to refer only to the healthcare component of Pacific University.
