Morgan is the Assistant Director of Civic Engagement & Experiential Learning with Pacific's McCell Center for Civic Engagement and the Pacific Opportunity Hub. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria and a Master of Public Administration from San Francisco State University.
Morgan is passionate about community development and lifelong civic engagement & her professional background emphasizes programs and organizations that bridge the public-private divide.
She is the child of a Pacific alumna, grew up in Japan, Taiwan, Indonesia, and Canada, and loves helping first-time volunteers discover how fun and rewarding service projects can be. You can reach Morgan at morganknapp@pacificu.edu.
