Zhuoming Peng, PhD

Dr. Peng received his PhD in Finance from Texas Tech University.  Although Dr. Peng has been teaching finance for more than 15 years, he continues to make significant changes and improvements to pedagogy and continues to embrace innovative teaching.  He has been actively engaged in peer-reviewed research with a strong pedagogical anchor that falls under Boyers’ category of “Scholarship of Teaching and Learning”, and he has had a total of 12 peer-reviewed journal publications to date.  Dr. Peng’s service contributions have been significant and substantial demonstrating his tireless commitment to the COB and PU.  He helped establish the university and COB’s first ever student-managed investment fund, The Boxer Opportunity Fund, where he currently serves as the faculty mentor.
