Attend Undergraduate Research Conference Fall 2020 Virtually

The College of Arts and Sciences' 13th annual Undergraduate Research Conference will be held virtually Oct. 26 to Oct. 29. View student presentations online for Fall 2020, and submit comments or questions to students. Participants will learn from students about their exciting work in the areas of natural sciences, social sciences, arts and humanities. Pacific is the No. 1 private research university in the Pacific Northwest and ranks No. 10 on the West Coast.

Students are invited to present research and creative projects — either as a final product or work in progress — in an all-digital online format. Information about 2020 submission requirements, format, and helpful tutorials for students and faculty are available at the Undergraduate Research Conference page. The submission deadline is Friday, Oct. 23 at 8 a.m. (PDT). Presentations must be uploaded by 8 a.m. (PDT) Monday, Oct. 26.

Research experiences are an important part of students’ development as professionals. For many presenters, this research work will become the basis of their senior capstone project. Nearly 70 undergraduate students presented their research and creative work at the conference in 2019. View a list of the College of Arts & Sciences projects from last year.
