Senior Projects Day
Pacific University undergraduates present the culminating works of their academic studies each year on Senior Projects Day. Senior capstone projects integrate the knowledge and perspective the student has gained throughout the undergraduate experience.
On Senior Projects Day, classes are canceled as seniors in the colleges of Arts & Sciences, Business, and Education offer 20-minute lectures or poster presentations on the research or projects they completed as parts of their majors.
Other students are encouraged to attend the presentations, and families and friends are welcomed to campus for a day of learning and academic celebration.
Senior Projects Day is in late April. The schedule of presentations is available online in the weeks before the event.
Alumni and current students are invited to volunteer as room hosts on Senior Projects Day. Spend a day in one of the presentation rooms, introducing each presenter and keeping time.
