Bon Appétit Takes the Wraps Off

Pacific Dining Services reopens this week under the management of Bon Appétit. With the new management, comes a new look and feel for dining areas, new food and menus, and more!
New Look & Feel
The dining area in the Forest Grove Campus’s University Center reopened for its first dinner on Tuesday with a brighter, more open look. Now called the Pacific Café, the servery features fresh paint, new opaque and clear glass walls with a direct view of the food and service, and new tableware. The Markets in Forest Grove and Hillsboro also are getting a refresh, with new signage and more. It’s all designed to feel like home, says Bon Appétit staff — where you can choose what you like and experience the food.
Fresh is the focus for Bon Appétit. Start your morning with a hearty breakfast special, house made pastries, seasonal fruits and healthy options from the kitchen. Enjoy featured global favorites, traditional comfort food, and Pacific Northwest inspired dishes. You’ll find composed salads abundant with local, sustainable produce and toppings, freshly prepared sandwiches, made-from-scratch soups, and delicious desserts.
Hours & Menus
The Hillsboro Market reopens today! The market in Creighton Hall will be open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday during the summer. Starbucks is back starting Monday, July 1, with weekday hours from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Pacific Café and Forest Grove Market hours will remain intermittent during the summer.
