Marvin Bell Says Reading Makes You a Bigger and Better Writer

The late Marvin Bell, a former faculty member in Pacific's MFA in Writing program, says reading makes you a bigger and better writer.

The Pacific University Master of Fine Arts in Writing is a low-residency master's program in which award-winning writers work closely with students to support and inspire emerging craft and voice. Student and faculty relationships are established through twice yearly residencies, coupled with semester-long exchanges of writing and reading.
