Payroll Update: Earlier December Deadlines

This is a friendly reminder from Human Resources that due to holiday closures for winter break, the timeline for processing payroll is being accelerated. This means the deadline to submit payroll request forms has moved up.

For December, the deadline to submit personnel action forms (PAFs) and supplemental pay requests (SPRs) will be Friday Dec. 8. Anything received after Dec. 8, will be paid out or updated in January. Supervisors should also review and approve/deny time off requests as soon as possible for December.

Pacific University will be closed from Dec. 21, 2023 to Jan. 1, 2024, for winter break and reopen on Tuesday, Jan. 2.
