We aim to be business partners, good listeners, committed advocates for employees and the university, stewards of university policies and procedures, and active community members.

Pacific University is pleased to welcome Helen Howell as its new director for Human Resources. Howell joined the Pacific community on Dec. 1, 2021.

Winter break is right around the corner, and managing time-off on time cards may be at the forefront of your mind. Benefit-eligible employees receive paid holidays, and most university offices typically close on observed holidays as well.
