Restructuring Task Force - Update #4

The Restructuring Task Force convened for its fourth large-group meeting on April 12, continuing the significant work to improve the student experience and streamline our organizational structure. During the April 12 meeting, the Task Force received updates from each subgroup regarding their progress. These groups have been evaluating how each proposed configuration impacts academic programs, emphasizing opportunities for program alignment and cross-disciplinary initiatives to enhance educational offerings. Additionally, they are examining the potential impacts of each configuration on governance structures, ensuring that any changes maintain effective decision-making processes.
