Tim Durkin ’85 Retires: Follows Life Long Passion to Teach Dance

Timothy “Tim” Durkin ’85 has retired after serving 18 years as the assistant U.S. attorney in the Spokane, Wash. office. 

He is now following his passion for ballroom dancing, and received a master's degree to teach dance in several different disciplines, including american smooth, american rhythm, international standard, and international latin.

A veteran prosecutor with a knack for complex legal cases, Durkin attended Pacific University and majored in business and economics before earning his law degree from the University of Idaho law school.
