The Fall Insurance waiver dates extended!

Click on this link to waive: Aetna Student Health. 

Now is your opportunity to have the charge removed for Spring. To see if you are being billed for insurance, please visit your Billing/Payment Portal.

The last day to submit your waiver is 09/13/26!

Before you try to waive:

• Make sure you are currently being billed for insurance. DO NOT CHECK AN OUTDATED STATEMENT. Click 'View activity' in you payment portal and see if you got a credit for the insurance.

• Have your student ID number (not PUNet ID) and birthday ready to log in and complete the waiver.

• Have your current insurance information handy and ready to enter.

Once you submit your waiver: 

• Once you submit, you will get an automatic confirmation email letting you know if it was accepted or denied. If it was approved then the charge will come off the following business day.

• We do not upload new statements when the insurance charge comes off. If your waiver was accepted it is reflected as both a charge and a credit that cancel each other out in your account if you go into your Payment Portal and “View Activity". The charge item will not go away when you are looking at your activity because it is an itemized list so it remains there so you can see all the history of the account. However if you got a credit for the same amount, it cancels out the original charge so you are all good to go.
