"Be Sensitive, Be Brave for Mental Health" infuses culture and diversity throughout a foundational workshop on mental health. This free workshop prepares community members to help friends and loved ones during times of distress. Learn how to recognize mental health conditions, what to do when someone needs support, and tools for maintaining good mental health.

Pacific University staff are invited to Boxer Field Day 2026, on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, on the Forest Grove Campus.

Staff Senate truly appreciates all that you invest in our students and we want to take this day to thank you for your service, intentionality, and care. Boxer Field Day is a day filled with motivational, team-oriented activities, chances to make new connections and get to know colleagues better, and opportunities to refresh! All while having lots of fun along the way.

Does it ever feel like you are experiencing emotions intensely or that they come on quickly out of nowhere?
This can feel overwhelming, scary, and even frustrating at times. It can even lead one to “crash out” whether that looks like becoming easily annoyed with friends or family, feeling like your emotions or actions are out of control, or even wanting to avoid being around others.

The 2026 election season is underway and every state has an election this year! There are more than 45,000 seats on the ballot in 2026, including all 435 U.S. House of Representatives, 35 U.S Senators, 36 governors, and thousands of city councilors, school board members, state legislators, mayors and city executives, judges, and so much more.
